Winter has seemed to take a wrong turn somewhere and in Plano, TX (indeed in much of the country) – it is mostly nowhere to be found. With the exception of some cool-to-moderately cold evenings, we have been experiencing very mild and almost-Spring-like weather so far in 2012.
An update in my post to augment the weather discussion is this link to a “Where is Winter?” article in good ol’ Farmer’s Almanac. Explains alot and we’ll have to wait and see if March turns out to be our real Winter month.
The gorgeous daytime temps have pushed purchase activity we typically seen in the Spring, into the Fall and Winter months, and folks are certainly out buying up my gorgeous luxury townhomes as fast as they can!
